Pricing is calculated on an hourly basis for any local event; in-state events, outside of the local area are also hourly, but may be subject to extra traveling fees; and out of state and out of country events have daily rates. All rates are subject to entertainer availability and are calculated per balloon artist.
- Local events (within an hour drive of Pleasant Grove, Utah or Cottage Grove, Oregon): $100 per hour
- In State: $100 per hour plus traveling fees, and lodging fees if needed; or $600 per day (up to eight hours) plus lodging fees if needed.
- Out of State: $800 per day plus travel costs and lodging if needed.
- Out of Country: $1200 per day plus travel costs and lodging if needed.
We are often booked 4-6 weeks in advance, although if an event is multiple days or near a holiday you may want to schedule as many as 8 weeks in advance to ensure all days would be available.
None of our entertainers are available to work on any Sunday. Should an event include a Sunday, and the customer wish it, they may have the entertainer stay, without working, at no charge save for lodgings for that day. The next day they would continue work at regular prices.
Contracts are available, deposits are generally one quarter to one third of the full amount depending on the size of the event. Any event over $500 will require a deposit.
Large sculptures can take anywhere from 3-5 hours to complete, extravagantly large sculptures can take up to 3 days depending on the sculpture desired. If you are considering any particular service or combination of services, we’d gladly give you a time esimate for that build. Centerpieces and large sculptures are usually prebuilt and then delivered- they are not subject to the same hourly pricing and may cost less. Feel free to inquire and we'll give you a price based on what you require. Pieces purchased on a per item basis are subject to sales tax in the state of Utah.
